Jailene Vargas

Born in Massachusetts and raised in Naples, Florida, Jailene pursued her higher education at Florida Gulf Coast University before earning both her certificates and bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida. She began her career in an administrative role within the courthouse system before transitioning into investigations, where she developed strong organizational and problem-solving skills. She later brought that experience to the construction industry, taking on administrative and permitting responsibilities that led to her current role as Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant.

In her role, Jailene supports company leadership while helping coordinate projects, streamline processes, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Outside of work, Jailene enjoys spending time with her close-knit family. As a proud mother of two daughters, she loves creating special memories with them, staying active, and making the most of every moment together.
