Building Science

Harold Robair has been with BCB Homes, Inc. since its inception in 1993. Harold started at BCB Homes as a trim carpenter and was promoted to warranty and service manager before he helped to develop the Building Science department in 2000.

Harold now heads up a team of five in our Building Science Department and introduces the industry’s latest products, practices, standards and codes—as they apply to building science—into BCB Homes’ building practices.

A carpenter by trade in New England, Harold had been working in the home building industry for over 25 years as a residential builder and remodeler before he moved to Southwest Florida in 1991.

Harold has two sons, Adam and Michael, and likes to golf and fish in his spare time.
