His journey began humbly as a framing carpenter during his high school years, where he honed his skills and passion for construction. Since then, Brian has ascended through various roles, showcasing his versatile expertise and leadership capabilities.

Throughout his career, Brian has held significant titles including Crew Leader, Superintendent, Project Manager, Permitting Specialist, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Director of Operations, demonstrating his adaptability and proficiency in managing diverse aspects of the construction business. His strategic vision and meticulous attention to detail have consistently driven successful projects and operational excellence as he most recently operated his own remodeling company.

In addition to his hands-on experience, Brian has pursued academic excellence, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from NC State University and a Master of Science in Human Relations & Business from Amberton University. Currently, he is on the journey towards a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology at Liberty University, further deepening his understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics.
