Travis Potts is originally from a small town in Ohio. In 2015, he and his wife relocated to Naples, FL to be closer to family. Both sides of Travis’ family are in the construction industry, he followed their footsteps at a very young age. His career began in concrete forming, finishing and operating heavy equipment. From there Travis started working with his dad learning carpentry while remodeling homes. After a few years, he and his father became the top installers of replacement windows in their city of Ohio. It’s in Naples where Travis took on high-end remodels and home building projects. Throughout his career, he has managed his own crews as Foreman and later Superintendent. Travis joined the Innovative Construction Solutions team in 2022. He enjoys the opportunity to learn more from the team and expand his skills. Outside of work, you will find Travis and his wife along with their two sons at the beach or at home in their pool escaping the Florida heat.
