Sean Dunn

Superintendent

Sean was raised in a dairy farming town in Maryland. He spent most his weekends replacing well pumps alongside his father, the town’s plumber. In 2010, Sean moved to the Naples/Marco Island area to lead roofing crews as well as guide backwater tours through the 10,000 islands. He entered the construction industry post Hurricane Irma in 2017 and hasn’t looked back since. Sean joined the Innovative Construction Solutions team in 2023 and shares that he is honored to be a part of the team.

In his spare time, you will find Sean coaching little league baseball or enjoying a swim in the pool with his four children.
